A note from the network

We don’t measure this network by how many names are on a list. We measure it by how easily someone from the 2008 batch can still pick up a call from someone they sat beside in class, and by how often a graduate comes back to help the next one find their feet.

Your time here shaped you. What you have done since now shapes how the world sees Chitkara. That exchange is the whole point of staying connected, and it runs both ways.

We would be glad to have you close again.

WHY STAY CONNECTED

Four reasons graduates keep coming back.

01

Reconnect with the people you started out with.

Find your batch, your friends and the faculty who taught you, wherever they are now.

02

Meet alumni near you.

Chapters across India and abroad host reunions and gatherings through the year. There is usually one closer than you think.

03

Open a door, or walk through one.

Alumni mentor current students, refer each other, and hire from within the network. Ask when you need to. Offer when you can.

04

Give in the way that suits you.

Some give an hour as a guest speaker. Some give a student a first internship. Some leave something more lasting. All of it counts.

Alumni stories.

The lives our graduates have built with it.

The clearest picture of a Chitkara University education is the lives our graduates have built with it. From a founders-batch healthcare consultant to a risk specialist in New York and a cyber security consultant in Toronto, our alumni are working across industries and continents.

Chapters and community

Wherever life has
taken you,
there is likely, a chapter.

Our community has gathered in Chandigarh, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and across the border in Toronto, with alumni well beyond. A chapter needs only a handful of graduates in one place to begin, and we will help you start one.

Get involved

You don’t have to
wait to be asked.

There is room here for whatever you can offer. Be a mentor to a current student. Help one secure an internship. Come back as a guest speaker and tell them how it really works.

Alumni Hostel concept
Leave something lasting

An Alumni Hostel, named
for those who make it possible.

Chitkara is building an Alumni Hostel, named in honour of the graduates who make it possible. A contribution towards a room places your name and your batch on a plaque outside its door, and on the university’s record for the students who come after you.

Contributions are eligible for tax benefit under Section 80G.

Tell us where you are

This network stays alive
because
its members keep it that way.

Send us your news, update your details, or simply tell us what you have been doing since you left. We would like to hear it, and so would the people you graduated with.
